Hey there! I’m Marianna, an English teacher from NYC and based in Prague since 2007. I like to think of my magic skill as simplifying tricky English concepts and making English learning fun, so that my clients can overcome the fear of speaking!
Teaching Style: I love seeing the transformation of my clients as they gain confidence in expressing themselves in English. To do this, I create personalized lessons based on your interests using multimedia, articles, google docs, worksheets and games. All lessons are customized to your or your groups’ needs.
Beyond the Classroom: Besides teaching, I dance, make music, do photography and create videos for bands. My creative spirit also goes into my English teaching, together with my background in Psychology. I have a special affinity for the charm and off the beaten path of places like Armenia, Georgia, Turkey and the Balkans. I’m also a kitchen experimenter!
